Wash & Fold Sacramento was built on a simple observation: laundry services fail on reliability, not on washing. So we built the routing, tracking, and quality process first — then the facility around it.
Most laundry services in the region are excellent at washing and inconsistent at everything else — missed pickups, unclear pricing, and no way to know where your order is. Households tolerate it. Businesses can't.
We started by mapping the region into fixed routes with named drivers, then built intake weighing, order tracking, and text notifications into every step. Only then did we scale the wash floor.
Today we process laundry for households across twenty cities and run commercial linen routes for restaurants, hotels, short-term rentals, gyms, salons, spas, clinics, and property managers throughout the Sacramento region — with a 4.9-star average across 412 reviews.
